It’s summertime and we are enjoying “Vitamin Sea” to the fullest. This season has a positive effect on uplifting the mood with no doubts. Bu, have you ever thought -if we had a chance to ask our skin, whether it is enjoying the sun, sea & sand trio- what do you think would be the answer?
Most of us are aware of how our face is delicate and while taking extreme care of our facial skincare with several day & night routines, we usually forget how our body too, needs attention. So why not pampering ourselves from head to toe?
There is one basic step, which is essential in body care: moisturizing and nourishing. Your body will thank you more with a smooth texture and glowing look if you don’t miss this daily step using natural ingredients.
Let’s check out some of the nature’s blessings for the body and soul:

Nowadays, especially with the effects of Covid-19 and “quarantine way of life”, most of us are craving for new rituals to cope with new normality of life. Have you ever realized that smelling something good makes you feel better instantly? We highly recommend you to include the scents of the things you like into your everyday life. This can be buying fresh flowers everyday, or adding 10 drops of your favorite essence to your moisturizer, or even using your favorite cologne even you are at home throughout the whole day. Try to think of the positive memories of those scents whether this is a memory from your childhood that makes you instantly travel to your mother’s kitchen or a silent morning at the seaside. Positivity is the key to a brighter mind and soul, so is a glowing skin!
