ARE ALL THE OILS CERTIFIED ORGANIC?
Yes, they absolutely are.
ARE ESSENTIALS PURE ESSENTIAL OILS?
Yes and no. Every essential oil has a different blending factor, meaning some oils are some volatile than others. That's why we have diluted each Essential to the same level with our Body Serum which makes the blending process less complicated.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT OILS TO BLEND
You can either select and pair Essentials that you are familiar with or you can follow our recipes. Also each Essentials label indicates what oils it blends well with.
IS THIS PRODUCT A PERFUME OIL?
Not really. The main benefit of the Body Serum is to nourish your skin. All three organic carrier oils we have selected for the Body Serum are super rich in minerals and contain active ingredients. Each Essential has an aromatherapeutic benefit, a nourishing effect on your skin and unique scent.
DO YOU RECOMMEND TESTING ESSENTIALS ON SKIN
You can test and blend Essentials on your skin to give you an idea for the scent you are creating. Just to avoid any irritation it's best to put on a generous amount of Body Serum on your skin beforehand. And remember your blended oil will smell differently on each person because it mixes with your sebum, an oil that your body produces.
CAN I USE ESSENTIALS ELSEWHERE?
You sure can. You can add it to your hot bath or oil burner.
HOW DO I USE MY PERSONALIZED BODY SERUM ROUTINE?
For best results, either apply after a shower/bath while skin is still damp or after dry brushing your body. Liberally massage into the skin with slow strokes, moving toward the heart.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE?
Once opened, the shelf life is six months. Proper storage and care includes keeping it away from extreme temperatures (cold or hot) and keeping it out of direct sunlight.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
No, they are not.
Fiedler's Apotheke products are vegan and are not tested on animals.
WHAT DOES APOTHEKE MEAN?
It means pharmacy in German. It's a reference to my partly German background and reminder of how medications used to be personalized back in the days for each person.

We offer free shipping for all orders in Spain. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be shipped. We will notify you via email with a tracking number as soon as the shipment is on it's way.
We currently ship to Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Switzerland, Turkey and USA.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All return requests must be submitted by you within 14 days of receiving the order (in its entirety). How to return any item: Send an email to email@example.com , including your name, address, and Order #, reason for returning and we’ll help you place the return; or you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment, including the cost of standard delivery. However, we will not refund your cost of returning the Product(s) to us.
HOW DO I PLACE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
